About Me
I am Md. Tariqul Islam, a Graduate student of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology at Jashore University of Science and Technology. I have a strong interest in cancer Genomics, Multiomics, RNA Seq data analysis, transcriptomics, and Computational Biology also Mechin Learning( ML), Metagenomics, and drug discovery. My current thesis focuses on Multiomics data analysis. I am preparing to pursue higher studies through international MS programs.

Description:Metagenomics is the study of microorganisms directly from environmental samples. I am learning how to analyze microbial communities using sequencing data.
I am studying alpha diversity to understand species richness within a sample and beta diversity to compare differences between samples. I am also learning comparison and correlation analysis to explore relationships between microbial communities and different factors.
